If you’re having a mobile/tablet app (download, installation and/or payment) related problem, please contact your mobile operating system support team:


If you’re having a payment related problem with content that was purchased via your web browser, please contact your payment solution provider:


If you have not found a solution to your issue through the links above, please send an e-mail to [mailto:help.tekkencards@namcobandaigames.eu] and make sure to specify the following details:

  • Your e-mail address (the one linked to your account)
  • Your in-game nickname (found in the profile settings)
  • Your country of residence
  • Your mobile equipment and installed OS (i.e: Apple iPhone 4S / iOS 6.1.3)
  • OR Your web browser (i.e: Google Chrome 26.0.1410.43)
  • Detailed information about your issue (when does it happen, what are the consequences, etc. Add screenshots if you can)

If your request is linked to a payment/credit issue, please make sure you provide us with all your payment justifications (invoices).
